The support hotline is for families whose children attend a school in Provo City School District and have questions or need assistance during the school dismissal. Support Hotline representatives are not emergency responders. In case of emergency, call 911. If you’re experiencing a mental health crisis, call the Suicide Prevention Hotline at (800) 273-8255. The hotline does not provide personal therapy or suicide assessments.
Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.
English and Spanish operators are readily available. An interpretation service will be utilized for other languages.
Depending on the nature of your call, you will be assisted by a District IT specialist, School Nurse, School Social Worker or Family Liaison.
A call menu will provide you with options to direct your call. Once your call is directed, you may be asked to provide your name, phone number, address, your student’s name, the school(s) your child(ren) attend, and what you need help with. The hotline operator will either answer your question or connect you with the School Social worker/Family Liaison assigned to your school.
A representative can provide an email address for your child’s teacher or direct you to an IT specialist if it’s a tech question.

To give greater flexibility in scheduling 11th grade Senior CCRs, Provo High has now made CCR schedules available via the internet. Starting today, May 8th and running until midnight May 13th, parents will have the opportunity to access their counselor’s calendars and schedule a convenient CCR time. If you have not made an appointment by May 13th, a time will be assigned to your student.
Please be sure to take advantage of this opportunity to efficiently schedule your appointments. Remember, the appointments are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. You will be receiving the easy to follow instructions on May 8th. Thank you

We thank our fabulous PTA for arranging installment of this beautiful senior sign. Seniors and their families are invited to swing by and take pictures by the sign, should you so choose. Please respect those around you by engaging in courteous behavior and by maintaining appropriate social distancing guidelines.
