As you may remember, Core Value Coins are a part of our PBIS (Positive Behavior Interventions & Support) model, encouraging students to exemplify Provo High’s three core values of Inclusion, Excellence, Integrity.
Teachers and other staff distribute these coins as they observe students exemplifying any of these core values. Students are encouraged to collect the coins until they have 5, at which time they are invited to redeem the coins for prizes such as PHS t-shirts, paracord bracelets, silicone rings, and water bottles. At the end of term, these students are then entered into a drawing for either a chromebook, headphones, or tablet.
Today, we drew our Term 2 winners. Congratulations to Tanner Elliott, Reghan Prestwich, and Ryanne Adamson!
We appreciate these students, and all students who strive daily to exemplify our core values. Our Provo High community culture is enhanced by each and every one of these efforts.
Students, we value each of you & encourage you to continue striving towards Inclusion, Excellence, and Integrity.
