Please be aware of the following changes: Class Schedules will no longer be available on Class Choice!
Your individual SEOP/CCRs were scheduled June 2-4 & 9-11, August 1. There will be follow up August 25-29 for those students who missed their earlier appointments. Group meetings will follow in September 17 & 18. Parents are invited and encouraged to attend both meetings. Please call if you will not be available to make your appointment and we will reschedule one for you at a later time. These individual meetings are crucial to your senior year and post-graduation plans. It is our desire to connect you with resources and education opportunities after high school i.e. college application, FAFSA application, Scholarship opportunities, etc. You will also be able to tweak your schedule if needed.
ATTENTION ALL STUDENTS!
Counselors will be available to see students the following times:
August 1 Individual Senior Meetings 7:30- 3:00. Call for appointments if you missed your meeting in June or have not yet met with your counselor.
August 4 & 5 New Student Registration 7:30-3:00 and will run August 5- 26th at a designated time. You must first register online at: forms.provo.edu, then call the counseling center to make an appointment. 801-373-6550 – Ext. 3310.
August 6-8 Bulldog Registration – Please note major changes:
All students are encouraged to attend Bulldog Registration Days. This is your opportunity to complete a variety of important tasks, such as picking up your class schedule and paying fees. Additional details are below. We anticipate that it will take approximately 30-40 minutes to complete all activities. If you are unable to attend Bulldog Registration Days, you will not receive your class schedule until the first day of school. Refer to Mailer.

Please remember that you requested classes with the help of your Counselor during the 2013-2014 school year. Careful attention was given to your educational and career path at that time. You also selected alternate classes if the Master Schedule could not accommodate your requests. You were also able to tweak and make changes until March 15, 2013. You will be charged $10 for each class change that is different from your requests. Class change fees will be billed to your account after the changes are made and can be paid in the business office. Fees for class changes are due by Oct. 1, 2013.
New Students must register on-line at: forms.provo.edu, then call the Counseling Center to make an appointment with your counselor beginning August 4th and throughout August by an appointment set with your counselor. Please be aware that the Master Schedule is extremely tight (due to financial restraints) and class openings are very limited. Arrange to register as soon as possible.
Counselors will be available August 19-22 from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm to assist with limited changes.
